Our commitment to securing courier, parcel, rider, vendor, COD, and reporting information processed through aiwaLink.
1. Your Data Ownership
You own your data. EliteTech provides the aiwaLink software infrastructure. Your parcels, vendors, riders, COD records, returns, status history, reports, and operational records remain your organization's data.
2. Infrastructure Security
aiwaLink deployments are designed with encrypted transport, controlled access, role-based permissions, secure hosting options, and administrative controls appropriate for courier and delivery operations.
3. Backups and Availability
Where EliteTech provides hosting, backup and recovery practices are defined in the agreed service arrangement. On-premise or client-hosted deployments follow the agreed technical responsibility matrix.
4. Employee Access
EliteTech personnel do not require default access to client courier records. Access is limited to authorized support, implementation, migration, or maintenance activities approved by the client.
5. Data Portability
Upon contract termination or migration, data export and retention will be handled according to the signed agreement and applicable legal requirements.
