1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging EliteTech for aiwaLink services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreement signed between your organization and EliteTech.

2. Intellectual Property

The aiwaLink software, source code, design, branding, workflow concepts, and website content are the property of EliteTech or its licensors. Client usage rights are defined by the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

Clients must use aiwaLink for lawful courier, parcel, delivery, rider, vendor, COD, returns, tracking, and reporting management purposes. The platform must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized data collection, or abusive communication.

4. Enterprise Engagement

aiwaLink is scoped around client requirements. Features, hosting, support levels, implementation timelines, integrations, and deliverables are governed by the agreed commercial documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where expressly stated in a signed agreement. Courier operations, delivery commitments, rider actions, COD settlement decisions, and customer communications remain the responsibility of the client organization.
